Add any combination of Mosquito Control, Perimeter Pest Control, Pet‑Lovers lawn applications (fleas, ticks, chiggers), and even rodent, mole, or vole services—the more you add, the more you save. We’ll align visits where possible so you get fewer trips and one simplified plan.
Do you offer treatments for fleas and ticks?
Yes. Our Pet‑Lovers Program treats your entire lawn for fleas, ticks, and chiggers with 5 visits from April through October.
Do you guarantee your service?
Yes. If you see any issues after a treatment, simply contact our office and we will send a technician out to re-treat the area(s).
Are your mosquito treatments safe for pollinators?
Pollinators are our friends! When we see that certain plants are blooming during our visits, we will avoid those areas. If you see us skip an area, this is likely why. If it does result in you still having mosquitoes, just let us know and we will come back at no additional cost!

What does your Mosquito Control service include?
We apply targeted misting to mosquito resting and breeding zones—non‑blooming shrubs, tree canopies, and eaves—and use dunks in standing water when appropriate. This delivers fast, noticeable reduction.
What does your Perimeter Pest Control service include?
We begin with an initial visit that treats the entire exterior foundation of the home, knocking down any cobwebs. After that, we provide quarterly exterior treatments: 3 feet up and 3 feet out from the foundation around the home, plus eaves and window sills.
How often do you treat for mosquitoes and during which months?
We typically visit about once a month from late March to early October for a total of 8 applications. If mosquitoes show up between visits, just tell us—we’ll provide a free booster treatment.
How often are Pest Control visits scheduled after the initial service?
After the initial service, we return quarterly. We focus on building a protective barrier 3 feet up and 3 feet out from the foundation, along with eaves and window sills.

Can you help with small rodents and moles?
Yes. We can add rodent bait traps to any package and place them around the exterior of your home approximately every 50 feet, checking and replacing bait when we’re on site. Moles have their own specific treatment plan—if you see raised paths or mounds throughout your yard, that’s a sign you have moles.
Are rodent bait traps safe for pets and children?
Our bait traps are tamper‑resistant and only accessible by key. Even so, we recommend keeping them away from children and pets.
What should I do if I notice pests between scheduled visits?
Reach out to our office. We stand behind our work—if you’re seeing activity, we’ll send a technician to re‑treat the affected areas. For mosquitoes specifically, we offer free booster treatments between your scheduled applications.
